We have no problem letting members plug there sites if they're Photoshop related, what you're offering is free, and you are a contributing member to the forum.
Photoshop Gurus is a not place for people promoting their site without seriously contributing to the forum, that is answer questions and join the discussion.

Thanks for the clarification. Yes, it's all Photoshop related and over 30 free plugins which I think is great for all users. I have some commercial ones too but I'll refrain from posting any more info about those.
