Whats a good tutorial for my first day on my stock photoshop its cs3

I'd say, learn the basic uses of all the tools(those on the left-hand navigation panel) first. After that, go on to explore what you are interested in. And if you chanced upon a work that you fancy, you can try to learn how to do it by searching for tutorials in Google / Youtube / Tutorialized etc.
