Hershey Bar Wrapper (I need help)

I can't figure out how to make this work.

I have this template http://wrapcandy.com/community/uploads/newbb/8414_490f51568442d.png and need to add graphics to it for a party. First though, I need to figure out the sizing.

I started by creating a new document for US Letter. Then I dropped that image on top, but I need to know the measurements for the front of the candy bar, where it says Hershey's. I think if I have that down then I can size it correctly... right?

All you really have to do is use the transform tools, presuming you are working in Photoshop. Can you post your psd with the images you need to use? Then we can advise you better

This is what I have so far, I would like this to be on the front of the wrapper where it says "HERSHEY" and if possible I would like the rest of the wrapper to use the striped pink background.

Any help would be awesome, thank you guys so much, I'm still learning.
