Help with Wattpad Covers

I need help with making covers for Wattpad I am intermediate and I have been using PicsArt and I am new to Photoshop anyone willing to help me.

Wt do you mean like the size of the covers?

Np I am requesting help I am a beginner and new to Photoshop and I don't know how to do manipulated things at all. All of those were made by experienced Designers except the last one by me and it sucks for me. I need help with mainly DARK MANIPULATED covers than light

But being a beginner wouldn't it be more appropriate to start with the basics of PS?
There's a lot of different techniques involved and PS is, even for experienced users, a never ending learning curve.

Yep ofc ps is complicated since I have always done Graphics on mobile btw thx

Don't rush into it, you might get disappointed trying to do things you do not understand.
