LMAO, yeah, definitely a face. You sure this isn't taken in a nightmare? Looks like a background picture from a Heironymus Bosch painting of Hell's Delights. Or maybe a midnight snowstorm . . .

There is no need to repeat your request. The people who have already answered you all have excellent Photoshop skills. Note that many of them are on the staff here.

The real problem is that while you may want something to be done, it simply may not be possible. This happens all the time in the real world.

Also yes I'm sorry for repeating the same request but I was wondering if anyone would know how to change the picture to draw the outlines between different shades to get a better idea of what this is.
