Since my last computer format and following Photoshop installation, something start happening and I don't know what I did to activate it.
It is simple, when I have multiple layers then select the "Move tool" I have to click right on the image of the layer or else I will select and move the background layer!
Before the format it didn't meter were I click that the selected layer would always be the one available to move.
How can I turn this back?
