hi guys. im suppose to make a poster for a college project on photoshop and i dont know how the resolutions work... the poster will be printed on a vertical A1 paper, however wen i put in the dimensions for A1 (594x841mm) it is just too large to work with and the whole system slows down because of it.. i was hoping someone could tell me a way around it. would i be able to work with smaller dimensions and still get the same quality on the final print? or would it start to pixelate?.. your urgent help will be much appreciated. thanks

To get a decent print, you'll have to upsample the image so the resolution is much higher than 72 ppi. Sounds like maybe you just don't have enough computer resources to handle the job.
