Hi all i roughly know how to put on a tattoo imagine onto a photo, [might not look amazingly good] but wondered if tere were any extra things i could do to make it look real?
Also how would i go about getting rid of a necklace chain without there being a white line where ive deleted it from??

And finally, ive used my webcam to take the picture [i know tis a low quality one and would be better using a high quality image] buuuuuuut ive googled around to see if there a way to increase the pixel count, and make it look better quality, or am i doing it all wrong?

Thanks in advance

jamie

mamamma.JPG a friend of sorts said about seeing if tats would look ok on me so ive been mucking around adding them but doesnt quite look right [id add imagine, free transform, then warp into shape, then the multiply thing and bring it down a few levels to about 80 buuuut it just doesnt look like its apart of the skin.....also if i add a tattoo image to my arm you can see my hairy arm instead lol

I would suggest using Linear Burn at a reduced opacity at say 64%

I used tattoo designs on a white background with the above blend mode.

I see so linear burn instead of multiply? Can i ask what it does instead? As all the tutorials i found said use muliply [or is that just a lazy, simple way?]

Can i ask how you made the image look smoother as when ive tried it seems to pixalate, and with the arm hair removal? as i tried doing a multi layed thing but just looked awful Thanks

Multiply and Linear Burn produce similar effects....

I used Topaz DeNoise and Nik Software CEP 3.0 Low Key for the smoother look.

Oh i see, i did wondered if youd used another program lol. With with regards to the tatoo-ing, using linear burn, [white background image] do you do anything else, warping etc?

Did you use both of those programs so Topaz DeNoise and then Nik Software, then that imagine into photoshop???

Topaz and Nik Software are expensive plugins for Photoshop (Topaz not too expensive)....

And yes, transform and warp to fit.
