Help with Photoshop Essentials

Help

Everytime I go to click on edit photo i get an invalid address box. It goes no farther. Does not load photo editing. I tried re-installing Photo Shop, (I have photoshop essentials.) It still does it. Why?

Do you mean Photo Essentials the add on for PS Elements?
