How would I be able to recreate this style like texture background and objects like floral on the swing, please help thanks.

This is the basics of how to create a background like the one in your example.

As for the swing...........

You have a swing layer


Then you have a some flowers.


Isolate a strand of flowers and then then place them on a layer above the swing layer.




Since I don't know your knowledge of Photoshop, you will need to ask questions if you don't understand.
