Help with making this?

Hello all,

I am a student and am somewhat a "Guru" with Flash (According to my teacher) I was hoping someone could offer me some help with making a slideshow kind of thing. It has to be a carbon copy of the slideshow seen on seahaventrucking.com (But without all the trucking shizz) I just want to make one like that for my site. I am a complete noob at javascript so that's out of the question.

it looks that this is made with a program for slides = proshow Gold (http://www.photodex.com/proshow/gold)
I can see a few transitions that are very standard
you choose slide1 and you choose slide 2, then you choose a transition and ready, you can save it as a flash movie for the web

I tried it and I cant get the exact way I want it :/

you can also work with layers and create exact what you want
so you can put on top of the image all the blocks you want and it looks like the image itself
but every peace can do a motion starting from 1 pixel on the left and growing and moving to the right
until you end with the image you started with
