Help with elements 11

Not sure if any of you use this and i am a newbie here but i need some anvice please. So I decided to down load the elements 11from the apple App Store today. And I opened it up to wk on it and I have noticed the option to use the organizer it not available. went into applactions and it's not in there eather. Help don't know what to do.

you don't need the organizer to play / manipulate images.

Not an Elements user but you paid for the feature and it should work.
I did a Google search, there were others with the problem

I went to Mac store and it because apple doesn't want to include it in the app so I am going to try to get a refund. It sucks.

It's a good program.
If you get the refund buy it directly from Adobe.
