Hello guys, I am trying to do similar effect to this with my own background:

Analysis (what I want, the bright effect, ignore the marks)

my best show was to try to go to adjustments>> levels and add an black layer mask with 55% of fill with some whited brush areas where I want to fade, but it doesn't looks the same.

I need a gradual reduction of bright like the link above, no abrupt one. Really thanks.

I'm having a little trouble looking at the lines you drew and figuring out exactly what you're referring to. But if I get it, try using a white to black gradient on the mask. Linear or radial. See if that gives you the effect you want.

Hi. Here's what I see.

A base layer.

A white gradient on a new layer going from bottom to top. Gradient set to Foreground to transparent with white as your foreground color. Hold shift key to keep straight.

Two dark gradients on a new layer, one from the left to right, and one from right to left using the Foreground to transparent setting with black as your foreground color. Hold the shift key again.

Set the dark gradient layer to 33% (or less) opacity.

There might be an Ellipse added at the top on a new layer using the Ellipse Tool. Use the spacebar to position the ellipse, filled with black.

Apply a 70 pixel Gaussian blur.

Then lower the Ellipse's opacity to 20% or less.
