I need help with a effect.

I need make this effect more or less equal.

If that's exactly the look what you want, might it not be easier to just purchase licensing rights to a high rez version of that image? For limited rights use, the cost to get a license is probably very small. OTOH, I fully understand wanting to learn how to make such efx on your own.

To me this looks like an advertisement, if it is not you may want to explain this less equal more clearly I agree with Tom Mann just buy it it would be a hell of a lot quicker

With the blur effect (radial blur with zoom)it’s really difficult to tell what the shapes are but it looks like numerous dots in an evenly layout out pattern and layer of a large X made with the dots with a blue pinkish gradient… I’m getting a headache looking at it lol
