help with a blurry picture please

Hello everyone...I am the definition of a newbie.

I have tried, numerous times, to fix a picture that is a little blurry due to the camera moving when the picture was taken. Do any of you have any suggestions as to what I can try to get the picture to look a little better? I've tried sharpening and other filters.
