Help, the color picker is weird!

Hello,
today I opened Photoshop, as I do every day, and out of the blue the color picker looked like this:


It is extremely weird and disturbing when working with it. Does anybody have an idea how to fix this?

Try this......

Go to Preferences > General > Color Picker > Set to Adobe.

Color Picker - Lost

I am using Photoshop CS5.1 and I recently updated my Windows 10 pro 64 bit. I just wonder if it is the recent Windows 10 update a few days ago that had caused my color picker to be lost. After much attempt to relocate and resettings I only manage to get this one. So I just wonder if I should...

To confirm what @IamSam is pointing towards:
With Photoshop open, go to Edit > Preferences > General
Check to see if your Color Picker is set to Adobe - this will give your the PS color picker and not the system color picker that you're seeing
