Help replicate these effects?

I want to know if someone knows how the effects in these pictures can be replicated and possibly tell me or provide me with a PSD? Thanks, very appreciated!

These are some bloodwork for walls using in a game, due to the color burn and dark blend these look very realistic in this game :O

Welcome to PhotoShop Gurus

That image looks like a single splatter brush, then applied some radial blur, "zoom" mode.

Here's some free blood splatter brushes to play whit, Splatter Brushes for Photoshop

Hey, thanks man the radical blur is definitely ONE of the steps, because look at HUD_Splat_3.bmp, I don't think its just a single brush please help!
