Specific Help!!! Remove Sun Glare.

Can anyone photoshop the sun glare from the faces in this photo?

Unfortunately, i don't think that's possible. As you can see, no matter how darker we make the image, the details of their faces (especially on the little girl) simply aren't on the picture, meaning we cant make them them more visible, because they just arent there.
The only way would be to draw those white parts again, but it would take a very long time and would probably have poor results

As fogo00 mentioned there are large areas with no pixel information.
Anyway I made some color adjustments for a more pleasant image.

I was bored and play a little but like the other members said nothing can be done with the little girl on the right. Maybe with another picture of her face, but wirth that angle on the photo, can be hard.
