You can make this in PS...

Create a red rounded rectangle

Untitled-1.jpg

Set gridlines and fill the canvas with the rectangles

Untitled-2.jpg

Merge all rectangles layers
Add a black background

Untitled-3.jpg

duplicate the rectangle layer, drag it on top of the first and merge these two layers

use perspective and scale to get like below

use the warp tool to deform as desired

add a black layer on top with a layer mask
mask with big round and soft brush until desired

You could do as Eggy mentioned above, or if you want to make a quick edit, you can download a "Red Grid", easily found on google, and then follow the steps of using the perspective and warp tool as mentioned by Eggy.

For the baseball player, here is an image that I found on google,

Mod edit: Please upload images directly to forum

You can find more similar images by searching for "Baseball Hitter Silhouette" on google and pick the one according to your liking.

No argument there, if you can find it for free on the net, but the whole point in PS and our community is to learn how to create it yourself.
You can rely on finding stuff on the net until the day comes you can't find what you need and having to make it yourself...
