Help! "Question Mark" in front of my Photoshop Application. Can't open??

Hello,

A few days ago, I tried to open my Photoshop application as usual (yes, it's CS2... Hate paying $500+ to upgrade and this works just fine) and it has a question mark in front of the application - see photo attached. I go into the applications folder and I cannot find it??

I tried to do "Data Recovery" for Mac to find it if it was accidentally deleted but it hasn't found anything. Now I'm really perplexed. Help!!!

My sister gave me this computer with the software already on it like 4-5 years ago. How could I do that? I don't think Mac supplied backup discs do they? Will the store re-install if they show it was originally purchased with the computer? Know anything about that? Thanks for your reply!! I appreciate it. Jennifer
 
hmm, that's a tough one, i think 4-5 years is out of warranty now so they wont re-install it for you. you may be able to obtain a legal copy cheap on Ebay or something. but as far as i know, that's all i can think of.
