Help plz! Need to Create Colored Nail Polish Dripping from Letters (image example)

Hi everyone,

I need to create something very similar to this for work. I'm new to this forum, I usually have a fairly easy time figuring things out by googling them... but I can't quite get this right. If anyone has any advice on how to drip paint or in this case, Nail polish realistically off the letters in a layered fashion just like the image above, I would love some advice or steps. Not so much the dripping off of the nails, more the nice dripping of polish off of letters with the shine and layered effect.

it's just use effect bevel and emboss on a new paint layer
