Hello guys, could you help me improving the quality of this pic? A friend of mine shot it with a low quality camera, and all I have is this .jpeg image =/
So its kinda blur and as I want to frame and gift it, I want to get it a little better, but my skills with photoshop for now are resize and playing with the brush... aka "paint noob" hahahahha
I tried watching some tutorials in youtube, reading some topics here but I didn't understand much and my friend's birthday is next week and I won't do it in time.
Please, help me!! =)

Although motion blur can sometimes be fixed really well by filters, bad focus is still a massive undertaking.View attachment 26049

Here is a variation with a little higher exposure. This one is 150ppi approx 6.4 x 5.5. It was shot at 240ppi so reducing ppi will enlarge. That might suit your purposes a little better but since I am guessing about your final output hope this is ok.
