I created a quick logo that is attached. You can see the basic idea but how do I blend the arrows and text all together? Currently everything is just stacked on top of each other.

I appreciate the help.

turn off the bevel and emboss merge all your graphical layers as 1 layer above your background layer fill in any gaps and joints with a hard paintbrush in the same shade of blue. then bevel and emboss it
