I'm new to photo editing and trying to learn a whole lot. Is there any way anyone could help me photoshop something really funny of my friends dog? I'm trying to surprise him and send him a very funny photo shopped picture with the picture attached. I appreciate it anyone willing to help, thank you so much!

Yeah...all sorts of things CAN be done. Do you work in PS or Gimp ?....And could you spin that image 90 degrees ? the dog is getting tired.
 
Yeah, start out by flipping this image around and re-submit it. It makes me dizzy
