Help!!! Passport Photos Creation..!

Hi,
I Dont know anything about photoshop

I need to do small work in photoshop

I had my passport size photo(jpeg, unknown dimensions)

Now The task is

To place 8 Photos on a maxi size paper and save the entire image as jpeg.

So that, I can print the maxi photo and can get my passports at low cost.

Note: As already said i dont know anything.
Please, please tell the process IN DETAIL only.
Tell me the process including dimensions also..

Kind of confused.... you want 8 photos on one image? paste all the photos to one image(document) arrange as you like, pretty simple but need more info

Understanding Layers in Photoshop is key here, do a search for that, there are tons of tutorials for it if you know nothing be prepared to study a bit

Open your first image in Photoshop. From the menu, choose Layer --> New... --> Layer From Background and this will make it so you can move around the first image. Then go to Image --> Canvas Size and make the canvas larger so that it can fit your other photos. The dimensions depends on the size of the images....

Then open each of the other images in Photoshop and in the Layers window right click on the layer and choose Duplicate Layer... then choose to duplicate it onto your first image. Do this for all the other images you want to add and you can then go arrange them however you want on the first images larger canvas.

I think there's a language barrier here and I'm not sure you'll understand the answer.
Passport photo in the USA in 2"X2" but may be different in other counties, I don't know.
What country are you from?
