Help Opening a .pat file

I downloaded a set of four textured patterns from a freebie site, but it's a .pat file and I can't open (I can't afford Photoshop yet). I was hoping someone would be willing to save the .pat files as jpgs for me? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
