Help On Editing Photos?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how this photo has been edited? Basically we had someone do a photoshoot for us and she edited quite a few of them on photoshop. However, I was just wondering if anyone knows what she has done to the images to make them look like this?

Let me respond before some frustrated members get in here

It's one of the Topaz filters. Probably Topaz Clean.

She missed a section by his elbow when she masked him out of the original image...

You probably were joking, but I see absolutely nothing to suggest that Topaz Clean was used. This effect can be duplicated by simply moving a couple of sliders in ACR off their zero'ed positions, as shown in the attached image(s).

I spent < 5 seconds on the actual tweaking. Spend another 5 seconds, and you can get even closer.
