Its just a 2 frame .gif.

In the first frame the toplights and the head lights were selected - promoted to a new layer and then a red inner glow and red outer glow applied. Then re-merged with the frame.

Then I did the same on the other frame but with the headlights and set the glows to white.

Then set the frame rate to 0.2 seconds.

Then export for web.

Wow looks great but can I where out my welcome. The Red side lights on the box need turned on. Can you also change the lettering on the door and box from Somerset County to PA Hazmat Assoc.
 
I have turned on the box side lights - The lettering will take a little longer - I am out today but will try to get to this this evening.

Looks great! Do you know how to put it into a format it works on Facebook as the profile pic? Also the side light on bumper and side of the big box not flashing None the less thank you.
 
Sorry I dont particularly do Facebook (I have been on Facebook for about 8 years and I still only have 13 friends - mind you I can say that I have had a pint with each and every one of them! :)).
