Hello guys, struggling for a small job for a friend, I'm in trouble! I can not insert it properly the subject in the picture! I mean, I can not find the right balance between brightness, contrast, shadows, filters etc etc so do "tune" the subject with the background behind! Advice on what I should do?

For one thing, your shadows are going in the wrong direction; see the shadow of the tree on the left. You need to adjust the highlights and the shadows on the women. Make a 50% grey layer above and use the dodge tool to create some of the highlight. You can do a layer above with a bright color brushed on starting with low opacity, and try it on overlay or screen or just lower opacity to add further highlights. Then do another layer on top and add shadows. Do a layer below to add a line of shadow under all the shoes that don't have one now to ground the person. If the people shadows are part of the selection, you might want to select them and cut to a new layer then warp or distort transform them to the right angle.

Most of the levels are OK, but the girl on the right, needs an adjustment layer, levels or curves to bring her into line with the others.
