Help making an email signature

I need help making an email signature with the animated text: Merry X-mas & Happy New Year

I'd like the whole look and feel to be more hipsterish and trendy like this example (feel free to go crazy):

I also need it with the inclusion of the attached image and some pictures of labrador puppies or dogs in the image as well.

would it not be easier to add two images to your email as your signature.
finding a .gif image on google would work and add your logo underneath ?
It is possible to do your request but not sure if it will benefit all that much !

That looks amazing! Could the name of the organization be more prominent and would it be possible to add in some labrador dogs into the pic? A sample pic below:
