Help! Make an image more "low quality" and less shiny

Here I am doing a photo manipulation where I am putting someone else's head onto another lady's body.

The problem is, the girl's head is taken from a photoshoot while the lady's body comes from a music video and thus, the lightings and such are less harsh.

I've attached 2 images - one is me trying to blend it, while the other is without any adjustments.

Thank you and let me know if you need the PSD.

Instead of taking up someones elses work on this I suggest leaving them on 2 seperate layers at first.
Then try a color match, between the 2 layers.
It should do it.
Now you can make them one layer if you want.
If you really can't get it be sure that the head and the rest of the photo are on separate layers then pass the .psd to me.

I've uploaded the PSD and both the seperate layers - just in case!

:O :O Thanks so much!! They're all good! So much better than mine!

And sorry if it's too much to ask for but can I have the PSDs? I would really like to learn!

To chitkaran, How did you move the eye? It'd help me tremendously. Thanks!

Well, I didnt keep the PSD saved so I cant provide you. However, the following are the steps I followed (if I remember the order correctly.

1. Used the lasso tool to cut the face out. Put it on the base image and trimmed to have the Hairs from original image.
2. Tried to adjust the brighness and contrast with the backgrouds but didnt work. I did a color overlay with the skin tone or base image and adjusted the opacity. Trimmed the Lips, eyes, Eyebrows.
3. Gave a little light shadow on forehead to make hair look realistic.
4. Finally reduced the brightness of the face to match the background.

It all seemed okay but something seemed incorrect .. Ahh.. the eyes... why is she not looking at the target while shooting ?

5. Used the brush, zooooooomed-in ... and painted a white base and made a black pupil...

DONE !!!

Hope this helped..
