Help! Line art and channels problem!

Hello,
i have rendered my line art in channels and not layers, but mysteriously my flats have disapeared. For some reason i cannot flatten the image. When i save the image, all i see is the color rendering and no line art. Why is this happening?

Hey peta62 I did find out what i did wrong. What i did do to remedy the problem was make a copy of the line art channel layer and pasted it into a new layer and then used the multiply mode(in layers) and then merged visible and then flattened it.
