[Help] I'm looking for THIS effect style and don't know how to add to my photos

Hello everyone, I use Adobe Photoshop CS4. I know editing photos but i don't know anything about effects, how to add or how to select colour. and I'm looking for a specific effect.

As you can see, these photos have some bluish/purplish colour effect. I really really want to know how to add this effect to my photos on Photoshop CS4. If you can help me I would be so so happy. Thanks

you are basically looking up vintage effect many tutorials and actions out there but they may need tweaking to suit your needs more

from what I can gather you are looking for a vintage/ lomo / holga style effect or how I would call it dirty vintage look.
