Hello. So this is my first post here and I'd really really appreciate anyone's help.

I've been wondering, for quite some time now, how can I achieve the effect the creator of this graphic used on the strawberry?

ugh, sorry dude. It was working for me so I didn't know it was a problem.
Here it go and I was thinking, it probably is a texture right?

Patterns.
Look up a tutorial on Youtube about patterns.
then it is just a layer style that was added over it (on the strawberry)- Inner Glow that is bright red at the inner edge.

The background would be some manual brush overs that went over a pattern.

Cheap explanation but yeah, I hope you understand what I mean lol.
