Help I have lost a Senior Portrait Session!!

I thought that I had saved some photos on my hard drive. I the did load the photos into Iview Media Pro so I do have the thumbnails. Is there anyway to improve the file to a usable size?
 
As explained on PsT, there are software that can recover data on flash cards.
Here you give more info: the files have not been saved on the hard disk, bummer...
If the flash cards have been overwritten, it is a very bad news.
Unless Ivew creates full size thumbnails ,there is not hope.
Save often, and while moving files, NEVER use 'cut and paste' but 'copy and paste' I've seen somebody trash vital pictures doing that.
