HELP ! How to have pictures form a letter

Very newbie in photoshop, I would like to ask for your help :

For a bachelorette party, I need to make a printed t-shirt for the future bride.
I would like to put, on the front of the t-shirt, the pictures of all the girls who will be there and make it like the pictures form the lettre M.

So i have donwloaded photoshop. And here I am
I think an easy way would be to use a letter M (like this one) and then use the pictures as layers and put then inside the letter.
I don't know if it is very understandable !!!

If someone understands what I try to do, could he/she help me pleeassse ????

Thank you ! Yes, it would be something like this, but with 15 pictures (one for each girl, each picture taking a small piece of the M)

Could you explain it to me ? Or (but maybe I would ask too much), could I send you the pictures ?

hi sorry went to the class its easy .i converted the M to vectors and i loaded the image on the new layer and used clipped mask. Please see the attached psd u can understand mam.

- how to change your image ?
- how to "duplicate" what you have done so that I can insert many images ?
- how to move these images on the file so that they take different places on the M ?

Zoe, I thought you had this one. I was letting you handle it! Your doing exactly what I would do!

I do think that you need to explain how to make a collage of images in the shape of the M. Then you clip the collage to the M.

import all your pictures arrange them around the shape of the M to suit your needs select all the photos and create a group for them and then do a clipping mask for that group to the M job done.
