help how can i achieve this effect?

Hi all,

how can i achieve the effect on the body the veins with glow and the stone with glow near the chest.
greatly appreciate if anyone can guide me along.

There may be other ways to do this but here's one way.

Just use the Brush Tool.

Sample from the existing areas (indicated by the arrow) or establish your own palette of colors if your working on a new image.
Choose a soft brush ( I used 45%) and start painting.

Sample and add some yellow.


Sample and add some reds and orange.


Keep building it up to look like the others.


Add in some of the "cracks".


Finally, add a outer glow layer style with yellow or orange.
Yellow


Orange...looks better orange.
