Specific Help for my sis-in-law's deceased mom

Hello,
The lady just passed away and my sis-in-law has asked me to fix this photo of her mom so that it can be printed for 8x10. I tried different tutorials online but am not satisfied at all. Could anyone please help? FYI, the family will use it at the funeral.
