Help Editing 2 layers, and only changing the bottom original layer only.

I don't know how to edit a photo using a top layer without moving the top layer and only editing the bottom one.
 
You may have to be a bit more specific about what the problem is! Maybe telling us how you put the photo in layers, how advanced you are at Photoshop, and how exactly you are trying to edit the bottom layer. An images or .psd would be a big help in us being able to help you. You may need to do a few more posts first though!
