Help creating a logo

Hi,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me out. I have a few pictures of a logo that I would like to scan onto the back of a t-shirt. However, I only have the logo in a picture of someone else wearing it. So I've realized that I need to re-create the logo all together and make it the appropriate size so that it fits on the back of the t-shirt. I'm not very computer savvy nor am I very good with Photoshop and was hoping someone might be able to help me out creating this logo or emblem. If anyone thinks they might be able to help I could e-mail you the 3 or 4 photos I have. Here are a couple of them below that I have uploaded online. I've tried everything and this is sort of my last ditch effort. Thanks!!!

Wrong software

You need to build this file in Illustrator. You will have excellent results since it's a great vector candidate. Simple B & W artwork can be taken to the screen printer and made into exactly what they need to print. Perfect for t-shirt printing.
