like, where to place the light? what kind of light? how many lights? should be with a soft box?

You will need either a flash sync cable or a wireless remote trigger and honestly I dont think you need much more than a speedlight however if you have a set of studio strobes it should work the only flash that wont achieve this effect is on camera flash\ fill flash.
