if your trying to make it look like hes coming out of the picture which is what i think the goal is, you should cut IT into his own layer brighten him a little and add a drop shadow maybe? dont know how that would look, and maybe add like tear marks on the paper.

That looks great but I agree with iCooper about brightness and shadow and having something like the hair overlapping the frame would help too.

May i suggest not blending in the left part of his head so much to the picture, and ohhh yea making his hair overlap the fram would be a great 3D effect

This is a good one but i wanted to do like is a old photo or picture drawing and the clown head and some of the baloons start to come real.Don't know how to do it well tho heh.
