Hi there, I am fairly new here, and I seem to be having issues with ps cs3 and cmyk. Basically I have an image that is in a .png format rbg/8 (with transparencies). The printers wants the image to be a cmyk image. I can convert this and is not a problem. I also use quark for my advert layout. The issue I am having is that when I convert the image (and save as) cmyk, the .png (when reopened) says rgb. I can save as a jpg, but then I lose the transparency (which I need because quark requires it). So my question is, how do I save a .png file, with transparencies, as a cmyk image?
