Heya forum,

I'm new here, as you can probably tell! I take an Advanced Photoshop class at school, and I am looking to purchase Photoshop CS6 Extended here soon, as I have lots of interest in expanding my Photoshop experience. I thought joining a Photoshop forum would help me get started with brushes and ideas, as well as a good support base.

So, I look forward to seeing all of you around the forum! :)

Haha, thanks! Yeah, I know much of the basics of PS, but one can always learn more! I've got a fun obsession with creating Clipping Masks and such at the moment, so thats where the brushes come in. And I can never really get ideas, so hopefully browsing some of the forum will help me with that! Thanks for the welcome! And is there anyway to not receive and email when someone replies to my post? I really don't want my inbox filled. =)
 
Yes, go to settings and down to notifications. In the drop down for Default Thread Subscription Mode, check no subscriptions.

Post some of your work here. We love to share and get new ideas. And if you don't want critique, just say NO COMMENTs, lol.
 
Thank you! I have fixed the subscription and notification deal. Also, I do plan on posting some of my work when I have it! Most of it is on my school computer, or on my flash drive as a PSD, not JPEG. I'll see what I can do!

Do you happen to know any coupons or deals in getting PS CS6 cheaper? I am eligible for Student pricing, so that drops it down a bit, but I'm always looking to save some money!eee
