Hello Plese Help me remove background of this picture!!

Hello everyone!, Im new here in this forum..I would like to ask to professionals with photoshop to help me with my picture!



Now what I want is for you guys to remove the background of this picture...and make it transparent... Im using this for xat avatar Its really nothing but I really want to have this picture without a background!

I hope someone can help me with my small problem!

Obviously removing of background was already done on this picture, so either Magnetic lasso or Colour range will do the job pretty fast.

If you check the preview of that image its actually transparent when you preview it on your browser...the one above is not... reason is because I only got it from a site...

Sorry I dont have photoshop so I cant do the task!.
