whats up everyone. i just got interested in this Photoshop after seeing work done with cars and i would like to learn. BTW could anyone help me with this picture. i wanted to post on facebook but the mirror has all white spots

As you would like to learn then I would reccomend using the spot removal tool that should fix all those white spots with ease

i quick way would be
1. duplicate the original layer.
2. run a "Reduce Noise" filter strength on full and other setting set to 0
do step 2 on the duplicate layer about 4 times (until spots are removed)
3. change the blend of the layer to "Darken"
4. erase parts on that layer eg.. face/head, door knob, hands, hood (to add those details back)
