Hello! Help inserting a GIF into an still image?

Hello. I am trying to insert a gif into a still image. I opened photoshop, and I already have this: 1.jpg
So now I want to add this GIF: tumblr_mgn8vsysJv1r0f10mo1_250.gif or this one tumblr_mhagxpGoQs1ryhzxeo1_400 (1).gif

in the white circle. (Please don't laugh at this. Haha.)

I opened those GIFs and they are all layered, how do I copy all those layers and paste them in the other image? How do I make it all a gifs then?

What I want to do is this: h t t p :// tinypic . com/r/30n8y3b/7 but with my pictures.
Sorry for all the questions and thank you for your time.
 
What version of Photoshop do you have and are you skilled in the use of Photoshop?
 
Open the bigger image and convert it to.gif file, delete the center white and you will see your background workspace, then open one of those gift files and add it select all the layers and drag them over to first file, put them underneath the bigger file then set your timeline. I suggest reading how to make.gif files Google it. once you get started it's pretty self-explanatory though
 
realy its not a normal thing to convert a gif to jpeg with some editing.
Simple way is make a selection on gif image and drag it to another image.
 
not normal? .... Here is the PSD file you can create your timeline with it. It would be good practice. I also made the gif file from the JPEG file so not normal was not understood...... give it a shot actually made the.gif file but I'll let you see what you can come up with first

So hey, I was really busy and I couldn't get around it before, but now I tried making the gif and i cant make it work. I put all the levels down so it wont occupy much memory but it still doesnt work in websites. :/ And I wanted to use the other gif, so I deleted all the frames of the other gif. I am noW with the metro goldyn mayer image, how do I insert/copy and paste a gif now? I tried and I can't. And I wanted to delete some of the frames of the gif, so I clicked delete on the frame list AND timeline, but when I am going to save it, they still appear. I am so lost, sorry.

Dad,

I examined you psd on this gif..................I still can't figure out how you used the existing gif and then only added the MGM frame to the top of the layers panel
.
When I try that, the MGM frame only appears in the first frame of the timeline and is not seen in the other frames.
How did you do that?
 
I do not have that anymore I usually delete after a day or so but if I remember right I put the MGM logo on top and left the layer on (the eye) and the rest on the bottom I cut out the center of the MGM logo. I don't remember which document was larger but I used the larger & increase the smaller too much.
