Specific Head Swap

Hi guys,

Can someone swap heads from picture one with the cartoon from picture two? And maybe make the face look cartoonish . I know the picture two is low quality but it's the only one.

@Babine, I may be wrong, but I think the request is the other way around. I think he's asking for the head in image 1 to be placed onto the cartoon image 2. And then make the human head match the rest of the cartoon.

I have reread it a couple of times and although it's still not that clear, you very well could be right.
