Specific HD effect on picture in poor light conditions

Hello everyone,

I would like to give that picture a "HD effect" as it was taken with my iPhone but in poor light conditions.

Could one you do this favor to me please?

HD does not mean that your photo was taken in well-lit conditions. HD simply means that your photo is 720x720 pixels or bigger. So your photo is already HD.
The question seemed to indicate that you want to make the lighting look better. Is this the sort of change you were looking for?

OP may have meant HDR effect, or simulating a wider dynamic range. Not sure but that would be my guess.

Actually, I found this colder. Don't you?

I don't know what went wrong but I want to get an improvement similar to this one (knowing there are 2 different photographic contexts between mine and this). And I meant HDR, as said above ! Many thanks.
