Hazy pictures?

As you can see in the pic, it's really hazy. I've tried messing around with the adjustments, but I can't seem to get it right. Can someone point me in the right direction? Can this be fixed? Thanks!

It's called "veiling flare" & is caused by a thin film of oil/dirt on your lens. Clean your lens and it will go away. IMHO, that picture just isn't unique enough to be worth spending all the time in PS that it would take to achieve a much smaller improvement than u would get if you had simply kept your lens clean.
